This position is responsible to manage Banca sales by collaborating closely with the bank partner to meet individual / team targets and AIA business objectives

Responsibilities:

• Servicing bank partner and achieving given target

• Coaching & training for bank financial executive

• Following up operational matters from bank partner

• Being innovative in sales booster strategies with campaigns and activities

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Education – Degree holder in any discipline and/or non degree holders with strong related working experience.

• Experience – Preferably 5 years’ relevant experience. Added advantage for those working in banking and/or insurance industry.

• Certifications/Licensing – PCE

• Skills – Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.

• Communication Requirements - Good verbal, written and presentation skills in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage due to the need to meet the specific group of target customers.
