Job Description

Our banking client is hiring customer service professionals for its contact center.

Customer Service Officer:

  • Provide customer service to high-net customers
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and securities dealing
  • Manage the daily operations
  • HKSI qualification required

Customer Service Manager:

  • Monitor the team performance, prepare performance report, ensure teammates to meet the customer-focused quality service standard by providing regular call monitoring and coaching
  • Work with business departments to resolve the customer request or complaints
  • Develop operational procedure, answer script
  • Develop control and reinforce the procedure and actions that are relevant to own business area
  • Conduct health check on system performance
  • HKSI & IIQE qualification required
