Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle payment & receipt
  • Handle processing of payments and perform bank reconciliations
  • Handle cheques, e-cheques and autopay
  • Update payment receipt and other transactions to the system
  • Assist in system
  • Perform clerical duties including data input, scanning and filing
  • Handle ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • 1 to 2 years’ of relevant experience in payments and cash management in banking
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
