Our Client, a Foreign bank, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Bank Teller/ Bank Executive in their retail banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and efficient counter service operation, ie. Handling counter transaction for cash, cheque, FX
Provide quality services to customer, ie. handling customers’ enquiries with high quality service
Cross-sell banking products and make referrals to sales staff.

Requirements:
F.5 or above.
Minimum 1 year of counter service experience in retail banking.
Good understanding of retail banking products & services.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Customer-oriented with strong sales drive, presentable, self-motivated with good service orientation.
