Overview:

• To assist to formulate IT budgeting tasks
• To provide admin support on IT finance tasks
• Skillful in excel macro highly desired

Responsibilities:

• Assist IT Finance Manager to formulate the annual IT budgets, oversee IT expenditures for budget control, review IT contracts and approve invoice payments
• Liaise with various departments (Human Resources, Group Finance for budget approval etc.)
• Perform data analysis for management reports on departmental IT expenditure
• Manage and prepare regular IT Finance reports
• Understand and adhere to the Bank’s financial regulations and procedures
• Assist IT Finance Manager to update IT Financial policies and procedures
• Assist IT Finance Manager to Formulate IT budgetary reports to senior management
• Solicit IT budgets and expenditures to arrange for the Management’s approvals
• Review IT contracts to assure T&C terms aligning with financial policies
• Review IT invoices and approve payments, and prepare payment report
• Organize a filling / record system for budget approvals, contracts and invoices
• Manipulate IT financial data records and prepare financial reports as required
• Perform data analysis to reveal trends of IT investment and spending to IT Head

Other IT administrative work:

• Liaise with Financial Management to provide office administrative support for IT staffs, e.g. office budgets, expenses, OT claims, invoice payments
• Organize a filling system for contracts, invoices, important approval signoffs, and confidential documents
• Assist in organizing task forces for IT internal process improvement, staff engagement activities (divisional & bankwide), and corporate social responsibility events, facilitate task forces for meetings and presentations
  
  

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in accounting and related subject
• 2 years or above in relevant working experience
• Good Excel operating skills, know macro writing is preferred
• Experience in vendor contracts management
• Able to handle multiple tasks in fast pace
• Good interpersonal skills
