Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking experienced candidates to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Manage the processes to meet SLA requirements
• Account for the documents received and perform end day reconciliation
• Manage and plan the operation resources and delivery
• Manage a team of staff and promote teamwork among staff
• Review, track, recommend/conduct training courses for staff within the team
• Coach and develop team members to ensure that they are sufficiently trained and equipped with the new processes and system

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 5 years banking experience in corporate or SME banking is preferred
• Familiar with ebanking system is an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. (Fluency in Mandarin is preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
