What you will be doing:

• Maintains a professional appearance and mannerism at all times
• Maintains positive and professional attitude
• Sets tables according to type of event and service standards, including types of linens, glassware, plate/chinaware, and silver/flatware, ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
• Delivers and serves food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. 
• Removes china, glassware and silverware from tables at the end of the meal period and delivers to kitchen stewards’ area.
• Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Complete all other assigned duties when necessary
• Follows Health and Safety practices at all times

Your experience and skills include:

• Must be current Banquet employee of the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess
• Knowledge of fine wines and food
• Strong listening and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a "customer first" mentality
• Demonstrated knowledge and ability to adhere to quality standards for safety, sanitation and food handling
