What you will be doing:

• Is in charge of organising the F&B Banquet point of sale from A to Z.
• Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items.
• Supervise and coordinates any requests from the guest concerning meeting rooms/events.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of coffee breaks menus and other outlets operation timing, including daily specials.
• Organises the work for the team, including the need to multi-skill in employees' job requirements.
• Ensures guest satisfaction, quality and high standards of service for customers.
• Helps the point of sale attain profitable results.
• Takes part in inventories and manages stocks under responsibility.
• Analyses results and implements corrective actions as necessary.

 

Your experience and skills include:

• Experienced in all aspects of banquet and outdoor catering service
• Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills
• Guest focused personality is essential
• Fluency in English and Arabic speaker is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
