Responsibility:
1. Responsible for all operations in bar, ensure operation goes smoothly and Stone taproom always provide high-quality craft beer for customers;
2. Find ways to hit sales target of bar and responsible for the sales revenue of bar;
3. Responsible for the beer and beverage cost, could forecast cost and sales revenue;
4. Implements and enforces safety regulations and hygiene standards;
5. Provide training for staffs with orientation, craft beer;
6. Manage bar team and always motivate teams, keep high morale.
Requirement:
1. More than 3 years of bar management experience(bar manager at least);
2. Be good with numbers, can help analysis revenue and cost;
3. Passion for craft beer will be must;
4. Very fluent English speaking and writing.
