BAR MANAGER

 

In anticipation of the grand opening of our new Beverage outlets, the Bar Manager will oversee the 'Best Bar In Town'!  This individual will welcome all socialites into the living room of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel with a winning spirit.

• Managing and making key operational decisions of our new lobby Bar
• Strive to be ahead of the trend in promoting new food and beverage offerings 
• Overseeing a team of professional servers and bartenders to exacting luxury standards

Your experience and skills include:

• Extensive knowledge in spirits, wines and beers
• Proven experience in managing a bar business
• Strong administrative skills and knowledge of technology
• Effective management style focussed on growing and developing teams

 

Your team and working environment:

Inspire and lead a team of professional bartenders in all Food and Beverage outlets within the hotel.  Mentor and train each individual to showcase the trending beverage offerings we have to offer.
