1. Supervise the bar counter to operate in the most efficient manner and to provide a high standard of service.

2. Be proactive in maintaining and increasing turnover.

3. Familiar with coffee and liquor cocktail knowledge, excellent bartending skills

4. Work closely with other department managers.

5. Maintain a high level of communication with staff, able to train and manage staff
