• 帮助并支持酒吧经理，确保酒吧的顺畅运营。他必须以最有效、最高效的方式为酒吧经理提供帮助和支持，为客人提供最高标准的服务，同时在维持和/或改善营业额和利润率事项上具有前摄性；
• 支持执行利润的产生；
• 通过和团队经常进行战略信息的更新来推动部门战略的实施；
• 确保对所有顾客的要求和反馈,无论口头还是书面,都做到迅速有效的回答；
• 培养和鼓励所有的同事之间的积极,直接和公开的关系。尊重所有团队成员；
• 确保每一个班次的回顾会议和交接/ 有效执行汇总通报；
• 参加每日每周的运营会议，例会和培训。

Main Responsibility:

• 
  To assist and support the?bar manager, in the seamless running ofthe bar. He/she must do this in the most efficient and effectivemanner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst beingpro-active in maintaining and/or improving turnover and profitability;
• Supportimplementation of revenue generation initiatives;
• Facilitate the implementation of business strategies and conduct egularstrategy update meetings;
• Ensure both customer request and feedback are written and verbally respondedto promptly and efficiently;
• Develop and encourage positive, direct and open relationships amongstall colleagues. Respect all members of the team;
• Ensure each shift is reviewed and handovers/briefings are carried outefficiently;
• Attenddaily and weekly operation meetings, key briefings and training sessions.

任职资格：

• 国际品牌五星级或奢华品牌酒店5年以上餐饮服务经验，相同岗位1年以上工作经验；
• 良好的英文听、说、读、写能力；
• 良好的人际交往能力；
