What you will be doing:

·  You assist the Head Barman in developing business opportunities on the F&B segment, in line with Sofitel brand standards and strategy.

·  You will creat the signature coktails and the full menu fully complied with quality defined as per our brand.   

·  You manage your client relationship. You ensure follow-up on complex business cases.  

·  You build up innovative F&B concept by creating solid expectations.

·  You actively participate to the elaboration of F&B offer and strategy.

Your experience and skills include:

·  Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in Bar positions, preferably in luxury industry

·  Fluency in English and French. German, Luxembourgish or any other language will be appreciated.

·  Excellent communication skills and sense of prioritization

·  Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to details

·  Excellent communication skills, considering both writing and speaking

·  Well-versed in team work and at ease with managing a team

·  Stress resilient and able to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment
