Our Ideal Candidate

You will be assisting the Food and Beverage Manager by taking ownership of responsibility given on the Bar.  You will want to maximise guest experience through creating memorable moment.  You will enjoy having a great conversation, demonstrate intuitive behaviour, anticipate guest needs, and respond to requests promptly.  You will be available when the guest needs you, for any 5 days out of 7.

You will:

• Follow and complete instructions given to you
• Polish glasses and silverware
• Have pride in achieving and keeping a high standard of appearance
• Attend briefings and departmental meetings
• Show flexibility and understand team work

If you do not have any previous experience but have the desire to learn, we will help you become an expert in this field.  We will train you, as well as offer you the opportunity to join an apprenticeship program, allowing you to develop into an supervisory role.  We are obsessed with team member learning and development, allowing you to grow your career!
