Job Purpose: Ensure guests receive courteous and efficient five-star service. Introduce beverages to guests and prepare and serve drinks. Clean and tidy the bar, setup bar for service, and maintain beverage inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Create monthly and seasonal drinks menus
• Setup the bar for service
• Clean and tidy the bar and equipment frequently
• Maintain stock levels and control monthly inventory
• Store food, beverages and equipment properly
• Keep menus and beverage lists in good condition
• Know and understand drink lists, menu items, products and services, and upsell alternatives
• Know and understand all the resort’s facilities and services
• Assist and perform duties assigned by the Team Leader

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ related customer service experience in a hotel or restaurant
Knowledge/Certificates: Good product knowledge of beverages and bar operations; basic cash handling
Education: Primary school diploma or above
Language Abilities: Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Knowledge of Micros an advantage
