What will you do?

Designing, preparing and serving a variety of drinks from our Cocktail, Gin, Whisky and Wine menus

Greeting and seating our guests in a friendly, courteous and efficient manner

Taking guests orders and inputting accurately into the system

Clearing and resetting tables after our guests have departed

Assisting in laying out tables during mise en place in accordance with hotel policy

Upselling & displaying sales techniques at all times

Ensuring that all cutlery, crockery and glassware are clean and polished to a high standard before and after service

 

Work Experience

Excellent interaction with guests

The ability to work under pressure and work well in a team environment

Self-motivation

Good understanding of basic drinks, both from a knowledge and service perspective

Customer-focused attitude and will look after our guests

High level of personal cleanliness and presentation

A good level of spoken English
