Bartender

Supported by our Food and Beverage Leadership team, this fast-paced role will have you creating cocktails, delivering memorable experiences and enjoying the upscale OAK Long Bar + Kitchen vibe.

Your role as Bartender involves -

• Coordinate the daily running of OAK Long Bar + Kitchen
• Ability to move between fast paced service periods 
• Making Cocktails and providing personalized service to guests
• Maximize bar sales using your knowledge of a wide range of products 
• Ensure all service areas and equipment are kept clean and organized

About you

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of both local & imported beer & wine, spirits, contemporary & classic cocktails and be willing to share what you know 
• Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
• Flexibility to work in a 3 meal period restaurant 7 days a week including holidays
