1. Be responsible for setting up the bar area before the opening time, in order to guarantee maximum efficiency in all the bar operation. Including garnish, ingredients, glasses, tools, equipments, coaster, staws.
2. Be responsible for cleaning of bar station, use glass wash machine to clean glasses and dry very well all glasses.
3. Before finish duty every day need count clearly the stock, and refill different beverages in the fridge.
4. Keep high quality standard of cocktail and coffee, know very well about classic cocktails even if they are not mentioned on the menu.
5. Be aware of what happens of the floor and when necessary help provide service for customers.
6. Provide training for other staffs about bar knowledge.
7. Make sure all beverage consumption and inventory are consistent.

Working time: working day: 17:00-24:00 Sat.-Sun. 11:00-15:30; 17:00-24:00
Salary: 5500-7000 RMB+ sales bonus + Meal allowance
