1. In charge of class teaching plan and teaching content;
2. Be responsible for the main teaching work of the class and be able to make standard demonstration actions;
3. Arrange the work of assistant coach;

1. Have professional basketball knowledge and skills; Love basketball education and teaching;
2. Be able to compile basketball teaching plans independently and have unique opinions on basketball teaching methods, game rules and basketball culture;
3. Strong organizational and communication skills and strict execution;
4. Have strong work passion, excellent independent thinking and promotion ability, and are willing to contribute to the cause of youth basketball;
5. Graduates from sports colleges, professional team coaches, retired team members or those with other relevant skills and conditions are preferred.
