1. Candidates should be qualified basketball player or coach with at least 3-5 years coaching experience
2. Be healthy and have a clean police record and be able to adapt to the Chinese culture. (Later, the candidate should take a comprehensive medical check from the authorized hospital by Chinese embassy, and get a non-criminal certificate/non-criminal background check)
3. Graduate from the College/University and have a bachelor diploma
4. Be in good personality, be punctual, reliable and disciplined, love coaching and teaching kids with passion, teach kids team-work , be able to encourage and motivate kids in learning the game of basketball with multiple methods.
5. Be responsible for and be patient with kids (they are young, naughty, beginners), be willing to cooperate with colleagues with good teamwork spirit.
6. Speak English during classes, be able to explain drills and exercises clearly and concisely, and be able to teach kids English through some little topics. Attending the meeting at 10:30 on every Thursday morning.

Age-bracket of the kids/students:
The kids’ age usually ranges from 7-15 years old.

Workload:
1. Most of the classes will be 2 hours (no including the commuting time ), and there will be an assistant to help you manage and translate during the class.

Salary and treatment:
1. Depending on the experience and ability of coaching and the classes you have, the salary would be 12000 to 15000 RMB ( Pre-tax ) per month basically, and you can get more if you are very good or you work more classes.
2.The company will provide you apartment room for free (you may live alone or with the other coaches )
3. After you pass the probationary period，the company will pay you the plane ticket to China , and pay you the ticket back to your country if you work for show1 for a year (economy class only).
