This exciting role offers opportunity to: Develop Category Strategies for the Battery Categories, and ensure alignment of Category Strategies to Business requirements and objectives Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, supplier rationalization, VAVE, etc. Lead the delivery of Key Performance Indicators, to achieve productivity, process improvement, policy deployment and other aspects of functional governance. Supplier Contract/Hard negotiations Responsible for supplier risk management and relationship management Lead performance management & coaching in development of the category team, ensuring effective development plans, including SCM curriculum use and deployment Applies appropriate technology and project management to effectively manage complex sourcing projects Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management. 8 years related working experience is preferred. Battery marketing knowledge such as technology roadmaps and trends. Good communication, fluenet English speaking and presentation. Yes!
