Job Description
**Germany Regional Sales Manager - Cell Sales**
**Requirements for the Wide-Temperature-Range Cell Business Unit:**
- **Experience in cell sales or lithium battery sales is required.**
- **Focus on industrial applications, as well as small and medium-sized cylindrical batteries and cells.**
**Candidate Profile:**

1. **Experience in the sales of standard components in cooperation with Chinese companies, such as sales experience in connectors, screens, or other electromechanical parts.**
2. **Experience in managing sales representatives, sales agents, and distributors.**

3. **Sales target industries include:**

- **Automotive Electronics**
- **Surveillance & Security**
- **Mineral Exploration**
- **Instrumentation**
- **Medical Devices**
- **Military Gear**
- **Industrial Handheld Devices**
- **Smart Logistics Equipment**
- **Outdoor Instruments**
- **Power Tools**
- **Military Service**
The annual base salary ranges from 6,000 to 6,500 euros × 12 months, with a target achievement bonus equivalent to 25% of the base salary.

RESPONSIBILITES:
Strong cross-functional communication skills to work effectively with marketing and R&D departments.
Strong customer relationship management skills to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields; MBA preferred.
At least 3 years of sales experience.
Experience working with international customers is preferred.
