Location: Mei Foo

Shift: Mon-Fri 09:00-21:30, Sat-Sun 09:00-18:00 (42.5hrs/week)

Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up customers’ telephone enquiries/complaints in relation to beauty products with a pleasant telephone manner
• Answer email & phone inquiries in regards to the delivery status of shipment
• Promote new products to VIP

Requirements:

• F.6 or above
• 1 year relevant experience in customer services is preferred (Also welcome FG with PT exp)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented with passion, proactive and a good team player
• Conversant with Word, Excel and Chinese word processing is a MUST (Chi: 2x WPM/Eng: 3x WPM)
