Responsibilities

• Prepare and translate the training materials to align with corporate training guidelines, ensure high service quality
• Identify training needs for the business partners, formulate training and development plans
• Provide trainings, deliver product knowledge to business partners
• Support PR ,ad hoc events and activities
• Handle product inquiries and complaints

Requirements

• ITEC Diploma in Beauty Specialists (Level 2) or related qualifications is preferable
• At Least 3 years hands on working experience, having professional skin care training experience would be preferable
• Fluent in speaking English & Cantonese
• Be considerate, patient, Initiative, reliable and a team player 
• Well versed in MS Office Application (English & Chinese word processing skills) and Excel, Powerpoint (PPT) etc
