Responsibilities

• Prepare and translate the training materials to align with corporate training guidelines, ensure high service quality
• 準備和翻譯培訓材料，以符合公司培訓指南，確保高質素的服務
• Identify training needs for the business partners, formulate training and development plans
• 確定業務合作夥伴的培訓需求，制作培訓和發展計劃
• Provide trainings, deliver product knowledge to business partners
• 向業務合作夥伴提供產品知識及培訓
• Support PR ,ad hoc events and activities
• 支持臨時活動
• Handle product inquiries and complaints
• 處理產品查詢和投訴

Requirements

• ITEC Diploma in Beauty Specialists (Level 2) or related qualifications is preferable
• 持有國際專業美容師文憑（2級）或相關資格證書優先
• At Least3 years hands on working experience, having professional skin care training experience would be preferable
• 至少3年的工作經驗，有專業皮膚護理培訓經驗者優先
• Fluent in speaking English & Cantonese
• 能操流利的英語和廣東話
• Be considerate, patient, Initiative, reliable and a team player 
• 體貼，有耐性，主動，可靠及具有團隊合作精神
• Well versed in MS Office Application (English & Chinese word processing skills) and Excel, Powerpoint (PPT) etc.
• 精通MS Office應用程式，英文和中文打字和Excel，Powerpoint（PPT）等
