Foreign Lead Teacher Position in kindergarten in Beijing CBD Area
Location: CBD area (Subway Linde 6, Line 10), Beijing
Salary: 30-35K after tax with paid summer and winter holiday
Position: Head Teacher (children aged 1.5-3;3-4;4-5),
Starting Date: August 28th, 2023

Job requirements:
A native speaker (female for nursery class) of Bachelor degree or above, early childhood education and preschool education is preferred,

2+ years of working experiencing at kindergartens , working as lead teacher is preferred.

Excel at communication skills; Being sincere, caring, patient and responsible; Being innovative,
enterprising and with good teamwork spirit.


Job Responsibilities:

Independently carry out daily teaching work for kids in kindergarten , taking a leading
role in Plan and implement the curriculum plan suitable for early childhood development to promote and cultivate every child's self-esteem, trust and decision-making power. Prepare learning environment and materials for children, and interact with peers and teachers through active exploration; Manage class as a homeroom teacher and participate in children's life care;
Observe and record the child's activities, reflected and summarized in time;

Communicate with parents in a timely and effective manner and maintain a good relationship
with parents;

Attend activities of marketing and recruitment, and complete other work assigned by principals,
