Requirements
■ Position: Full-time English teacher
■ Students’ age range: 2-6 years old
■ Working hours: 8 hours per day, Monday – Friday
■ Working address: HaiDian District, Beijing
■ Job description:
1. Average class sizes: no more than 25 students with maximum 3 Chinese teachers.
2. Responsible for children’s English teaching. Organizing children’s indoor and outdoor activities
3. Writing lesson plan. Accomplishing daily teaching records. Observing and recording the kids’ daily behaviors.
4. Being responsible for all kinds of safety work of class with your lead teacher.
5. Following kindergarten’s regulations.
6. Warm and cheerful.
■ Personal qualities required:
1. Native English Speaker with bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Clear pronunciation and pure English accent.
3. Having an EFL teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL
4. A good communicator and team player.
5. Loving children and being passionate in education.
6. Skills of instruments, dancing, singing, music, painting, PE, sports are preferred.
