Beijing,Haidian district, Middle school English teacher positions are available, Starting in August,2026
Salary: 24,000 to 32,000rmb before tax+ apartment on campus /4k house allowance+insurance, flight allowance+80% paid winter,summer holidays.
work time :
8:00-17:30, Monday to Friday, 2 hours Lunch break (Middle/high school)
Requirements:
English native speaker only(not consider teachers from south Africa, as the school already has some teachers from South Africa now. )
Have middle school English teaching experience.
Middle School Foreign Teacher Profile
1. Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for graduates from
prestigious universities. The candidate should have a solid academic foundation and critical
thinking skills to provide high-quality academic guidance to students.
2. Classroom Organization and Management Skills : Demonstrates excellent classroom
management skills, quickly establishing an engaging and orderly classroom environment.
Particularly strong in maintaining order in middle school classrooms to ensure effective
instruction.
3. Flexible Teaching Methods : Has flexible teaching strategies and can adapt lesson plans in real-
time according to classroom dynamics. Able to design appropriate activities for students of
different levels to ensure active participation.
4. Teaching Experience: Experience teaching at the middle school level or equivalent, effective inhelping middle school students build foundational knowledge, master core concepts, and
improve their English skills.
5. Background in Literature or Science: Preference for candidates with a background in literatureor science, enabling interdisciplinary knowledge integration in the classroom and helpingstudents build a broad foundation across various fields.
6. Student Guidance and Support: Understands middle school students’ psychology and learningcharacteristics, able to boost student confidence, interest, and independence in learning throughencouraging and guiding teaching methods.
7. Personal Development and Professional Involvement: Committed to self-development,
actively participates in school-based classroom observations, feedback sessions, and teacher
training. Dedicated to continuously enhancing teaching quality through professional learning andreflection, bringing new ideas and methods into the classroom to foster personal growth andteaching optimization.
