Job Role
Primary school: Hoomroom Teacher
Provide group class instruction to students in the primary school.
Teach English in Primary Years Program.
Have a specialized knowledge teaching English to second language learners and research to develop knowledge further.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in education or related majors where applicable.
Teaching Certificate, PGCE, CELTA, and DELTA preferred.
More than two years teaching experiences preferred.
Native English speaker preferred.
Willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
The ability to obtain a clear background check.
Eager to learn and grow continuously.

General Compensation and Benefits Package
Salary: 25,000-35,000RMB monthly before tax, 13 months payment per year.
Relocation/Local Moving/House set-upAllowances (3000 RMB once).
Housing Allowance (10,000RMB/month).
Home Leave Air Transportation Allowance (10,000RMB annually).
Advanced health insurance medical: for foreign teachers and their eligible dependents.
Start Contract Mobilization: Actual Air fare Reimbursement or international teachers and their eligible dependents. (RMB5,000).
Visa/Work Permit Expenses Reimbursement: for international teachers and their eligible dependents. (Up to 3,000RMB for first entry only).
Professional Development Allowance (IB).
Tuition Fee: The School shall waive tuition fees at the School for the teacher’s eligible dependent children.
Physical Examination.
