About the School
Located in Beijing, this unique private family-funded school is established by a family trust and designed exclusively to serve high-net-worth families. It offers a personalized and premium education environment for children aged 2–9 years. Current departments include Kindergarten and Primary School.

Small student body: 10 children, all from the same extended family
Team of 15+ full-time teachers and 10+ part-time instructors (e.g., for Art, Music, etc.)
Currently, there is only one foreign teacher—we are looking to expand this team

1️⃣Ability to independently complete the entire process of teaching English courses (reading/writing/speaking).
2️⃣The classroom is student-centered, allowing for interactive and inquiry-based teaching methods.
3️⃣No experience required; fresh graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience are welcome. Preference will be given to candidates with an international/North American educational background or experience in teaching K-12.
4️⃣ Long-term stability; able to accept 2-4 weeks of travel per semester.
