Recruitment Notice: English Teacher at University in Daxing District, Beijing

I. Basic Position Information

1. Position: College English Teacher

II. Job Responsibilities

1. Teach college English courses, complete 16 teaching hours per week, covering basic English, business English and other related modules;
​
2. Organize and guide 2 hours of extracurricular English language activities weekly, including English corners, academic lectures, competition preparation, etc.;
​
3. Participate in teaching and research activities related to college English, and assist in optimizing the curriculum system and teaching methods;
​
4. Complete other teaching-related tasks arranged by the university.

III. Students & Class Size

1. Students: Undergraduate students from Grade 1 to Grade 4 (aged 18-22) of the university;
​
2. Class Size: 30-60 students per class.

IV. Salary & Benefits

1. Basic Salary: RMB 18,000 per month (pre-tax);
​
2. Meal Allowance: RMB 600 per month (calculated based on actual working days);
​
3. Housing Allowance: RMB 3,500 per month (pre-tax);
​
4. Overtime Pay: RMB 100 per additional teaching hour;
​
5. Annual Welfare: Approximately RMB 7,000 annual comprehensive welfare subsidy;

6. Health Insurance: Commercial medical insurance for all faculty and staff;
​

V. Job Requirements

1. Nationality: Native English speakers only. Citizens of the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa are eligible;

2. Age: Under 50 years old;

3. Education: Master’s degree or above;

4. Experience: Minimum 3 years of college English teaching experience.
