Job Description

We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Job Descriptions

  • Provide general information to customers and guests in a good and helpful manner
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints and establish good relationship with guests and clients in the Hotel 
  • Maintain proper records of luggage, parcels and letters kept at Concierge for guests
  • Ensure all luggages are delivered and collected accurately, efficiently and timely
  • Supervise and delegate duities to subordinates and prepare their work schedules as required
  • Train and provide courteous and professional services to both guests and customers of the Hotel

Job Requirements

  • 2 years relevant working experience, candidate with supervisory experiences is preferred
  • Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Excellent customer services and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-minded with pleasant personality 

*Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Bell Captain
