Job Description
Job Purpose: Greet guests upon their arrival and farewell them on departure, assist with luggage, answer their questions, and ensure guests have a pleasant, memorable experience at the hotel lobby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and escort guests upon their arrival and departure
  • Control the flow of traffic in the hotel lobby
  • Deliver luggage and other items to guestrooms
  • Deliver in-house documents to different departments
  • Record, label and handle stored baggage properly
  • Coordinate with other departments to arrange greeting and sending off of guests at the ferry terminal, border gate or airport when required
  • Polish trolleys and luggage carts regularly
  • Clean and tidy the Bell stand, check-in/out areas and baggage storage rooms and alert the Public Area Cleaners when necessary
  • Create and update daily job assignment logs
  • Assist and perform duties assigned by the Bell Captain and Bell Services Manager

Competencies and Requirements
Experience: 1 year Bell Services or customer service experience an advantage
Knowledge/Certificates: Knowledge of Wynn Resort’s facilities and services and Macau attractions
Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred
Language Abilities: Excellent Cantonese, Mandarin and basic English
