Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as a Benefits Operations Program Manager Position Overview Benefits Consultant will be part of the Healthineers benefits/HR teams and will provide benefit/policy, project/operations/implementation expertise and program management for: US Defined Benefit Plans-qualified and nonqualified US Defined Contribution and other deferred compensation plans US Health, wellness and group benefit plans Other US plans and programs M&A activities Other global and regional benefit activities as needed Responsibilities Manage projects that support the further development of the Healthineers US benefit plans and programs with a focus on benefit operations Manage benefit plan operation from end to end Manage/participate in benefit/M&A projects as necessary; develop/maintain related tools to support M&A activity Lead/co-lead benefit communication/education/employee engagement campaigns as necessary Research, monitor and operationalize benefit requirements (e.g. statutory requirements) Develop and maintain benefit process/procedures Develop employee/HR toolkits related to benefit plans/programs Facilitate resolution of escalated benefit issues Identify, develop and maintain benefit dashboard and case management information Proactively identify and address opportunities to engage employees through our benefit plans Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Minimum of BA/BS degree 10+ years of experience in US employee benefits administration, management and operations necessary and similar knowledge for Canada a plus Highly organized In-depth knowledge of defined benefit, defined contribution, nonqualified plans, health, group benefits, policies/programs etc. Understanding of benefit laws and regulations: ERISA, 409A, benefit plan reporting/filing requirements, etc. Demonstrated skills in benefit project management/stakeholder management Demonstrated skills in vendor management Experience with unions a plus Collaborative and comfortable with a matrixed environment Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills Familiar with benefit payroll concepts, HRIS systems Creative problem solver Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
