Work together, Plan and organize all activities for creation and submission of GC proposals in cooperation with Sales, Technical Sales, Engineering, Project management, Supply chain and commercial teams according to the defined process and expected quality. Creating and compiling all parts of a customer offer based on the requirements in a timely fashion in order to satisfy customer needs while ensuring a profitable and ethical business for the company. Preferred location would be Kalwa, Mumbai but also open for Gurgaon/Bangalore. End to end bid management including overall bid compilation Detail Planning of the bid, task assignment & schedule for completion / compilation of the bid. ? Compilation of the pre-bid queries. Maintaining the proposal folder with all relevant inputs with access to only the concerned colleagues. Putting together of the entire price bid. Calling for periodic meetings to assess readiness of the bid submittals and assign tasks accordingly. Single point contact for the sales for any status of any bids in progress, handling Sales and bid management audits Presales – interaction with clients & Presentations to India/HQ management Compilation of the Post Bid clarifications after receiving inputs from the technical / commercial team etc. Ensure completion and adherence to all the processes set forth for GC bids Handling of multiple bids, Interact with internal and external partners to finalize the scope matrix / Division of responsibilities. Knowledge of Control center and substation automation solutions and various third-party products associated with it. Basic knowledge of system integrations and concepts. Personal management, Project and proposal management, Quality procedures. Must be willing and able to travel.
