Responsibilities:

1. Manage the University’s procurement activities, organize bidding and tendering activities, develop and improve procurement procedures to ensure the economy and efficiency of university procurement activities;

2. Coordinate supplier selection, maintenance and evaluation activities, establish and maintain excellent supplier base to support school operation;

3. Organized and coordinated the school's government bidding activities;

4. Manage the implementation of school contracts

5. Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures.


Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. More than 10 years of experience in purchasing, project management or financial management in large enterprises or public institutions; 4 years in manager’s position or above;

4. Rich experience in procurement/contract management, presided over the bidding work, familiar with the government bidding procedures, and have a sense of customer service

5. Financial analysis and decision-making ability, strong business negotiation ability.

6. Fluent English
