Job Description
Mission: Support the Sales team and Commercial Bid Manager in all commercial, contractual and finance related aspects along the Pre-Sales Phase up to completion of tender stage. Support the Commercial Project Manager & Project Manager in the management and oversight of a project throughout its lifecycle, taking an active role in all aspects of the process Responsibilities: Bids Support reliable and transparent costing and stringent implementation of pricing strategy Be the interface to subject matter experts e.g., from procurement, legal, tax, customs, transfer price and insurance Support accurate handover to the project execution team incl. order entry calculation and proper documentation reflecting all changes during tender stage Projects: Support Commercial Project Manager in Cost Controlling, Reporting, & Forecasting of the Project Project business administration including invoicing and cash collection Involved in the Project month end closing activities - prepare cost accruals/provisions, ensure revenue and profit declarations are properly recognized Support internal & external project audits as required, and perform project close out activities Qualifications & Experiences: Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration 3 to 5 years working experience in Finance or Accounting. Experience in projects environment is a plus Experience in collaboration with cross functional & geographical team is a plus. Analytical, self-initiative and team player with good communication skills Well versed in SAP and MS applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) Proficient in both spoken and written English due to multi-cultural working environment Organization: Siemens Mobility Company: Siemens Mobility Sdn.
