Responsibilities

• 
  Develop blueprints and technical playbooks for complex Big Data analytics solutions.

• 
  Develop prototypes, technical proof of concepts and benchmarks with various solutions and convert platform architecture blueprints to real life working artifacts.

• 
  Assist in conducting technical training and onboarding of new staff.

• 
  Work collaboratively on teams with avariety of technical and non-technical skill sets.

• 
  Coach and collaborate with associates who assist with this work, including providing coaching, feedback and guidance on work performance.

• 
  Prioritize and handle multiple tasks, research and analyze pertinent client, industry and technical matters, utilize problem-solving skills, and communicate effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences (including various levels of management and external clients) in a professional business environment.

Experience

• 
  Demonstrates considerable knowledge and proves success in executing various aspects of client engagements and/or projects within a professional services environment, including knowledge in at least two of the following areas. Enterprise Hadoop/Spark implementation, NoSQL technologies (Cassandra, MongoDB, Neo4j etc.), Big Data Platforms (Cloudera, Hortonworks etc.) and advanced analytics technologies (predictive as well as prescriptive – SAS, R, Python, Machine Learning etc.)

• 
  Experience developing Data warehouse shosted on MPP (massively parallel processing) architecture, distributed systems and analytics platforms.

• 
  Cloud based Data and Analytics platform solutions - Amazon, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.

• 
  Bachelor Degree above on Technical or mathematical focus (Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Natural Science,Computer Science, or Engineering), with at least two years of relevant experience.

•
