Location: Currently remote but will require the successful candidate to go into Mississauga office once a week when it is deemed safe to return.
Job Summary
Amgen Canada is seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Administrator with the utmost degree of professionalism and integrity, capable of handling a wide array of administrative tasks supporting the organization as part of Centre of Excellence (COE) Team. The COE Team has a variety of responsibilities with a strong focus on Health Care Professional (HCP) Agreements and HCP payments.

Responsibilities:
HCP (Health Care Professional)/ HCO (Health Care Organization) Contract Administration and Execution:
HCP and HCO Agreements
Ensure appropriate agreement templates are selected for the type of HCP/ HCO activity/engagement
Draft/Edit agreements from standard templates and ensure RAE (Responsible Amgen Employee) provided details and supporting documents are accurately & professionally reflected in the agreement, flag any compliance deviations
Execute contracts (using DocuSign)
For group meetings, work with external meeting agency to acquire required HCP information for contracting
HCP/ HCO Payments Administration:
Support HCP invoicing, HCP payment requests and HCP vendor setup processes
Review for required supporting documentation are in place before submitting invoices to the disbursements team for payment processing
Confirm HCP payment processed and notify RAE
Others:
Support RAE in navigating C3 engagement process, and liaison with local compliance team/ C3 IS System team for support as needed
Support HCP inquiries
Support any internal audit, lead and/or participate in continuous improvement activities/workshops
Execute tasks with an understanding of company compliance policies & procedures
Represent COE at AC Community Meeting to actively contribute best practices and bring forward challenges with a solution oriented and collaborative attitude
Special projects up to 20% as requested
Basic Qualifications
Must be fully bilingual in French/English (verbal and written)
Undergraduate degree
2 years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in an administrative position handling several assignments at one time in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a shared services environment
Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) and technologically savvy/proficient (Compliance system, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office)
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and skillfully reprioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail/accuracy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills showcased by the ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization and externally
High level of integrity and dedication to accuracy
Exhibits flexibility in high pressure situations
Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry
Paralegal / contract management experience
