工作职责：
1、承担国际初中部双语化学教学任务，完成学科课程的讲授任务，组织课堂讨论及相关教学实践；
2、承担课程辅导，答疑，作业，考卷批改，成绩考核等工作；
3、参与各类教研活动，研究教材及教学大纲，运用科学的教学方法组织教学；
4、完成学校规定的学年、学期工作任务和指标，完成提交各类教学计划、总结和其他相关教学材料。
5、协助开展相关德育工作，做好学生管理，班级管理和家校沟通；
6、完成学校和学部安排的其他任务。

岗位要求：
1、全日制本科（含）以上学历、具有高中初中学科教师资格证书，初中等相关专业；
2、具有5年以上教学经验和一定的教学研究工作经验，有国际课程教学经验；
3、热爱教育事业，爱岗敬业，尊重并关爱学生；
4、具有较强的亲和力和表达能力，普通话标准，讲课生动活泼，知识面宽广；
