This is a hybrid 12-month contract for a bilingual customer service representative. The successful candidate will need to attend either the Oakville, ON or Montreal, QC office as required. #li-hybrid What will you do? Effectively answer incoming calls and resolve customer complaints/issues in a professional manner Responds to telephone and e-mail requests for service, products or information from clients and other team members Actively participate in building a supportive team environment that fosters positivity and engagement Actively seek and initiate process improvements to improve efficiency and cost savings Other administrative duties as assigned What will you need to succeed? Graduated from a college or university program in a Business Administration or related program within the last 12 months Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Must be detail oriented with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment Strong administrative skills Growth mindset, with a passion for learning Must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to demonstrate a high level of productivity Results driven, with strong analytical thinking and decision making Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
