Office Hours per week：Monday to Friday, 8.00 AM to 12.00AM, 2.00PM to 6.00 PM
Teaching Hours per week: 10 Period
Students ages : 7-13 years old
Class Size：Around 30-45
Duration of each class ：40 mins Or 60 mins

Salary: RMB 20-30k before tax per month；

【Responsibilities】
1.Formulate and implement development goals and work plans for the Bilingual Education Center.
2.Organize curriculum development, establish a bilingual curriculum system and teaching materials that meet national curriculum standards and feature school-based characteristics, and build an evaluation mechanism for bilingual teaching effectiveness.
3.Conduct teaching management, coordinate teaching arrangements, progress supervision and quality assessment of English courses, and conduct in-class teaching observations and guidance.
4.Organize English-related student activities to create an immersive language environment.
5.Conduct teaching research and training, plan and implement professional development programs for teachers, and organize regular teaching research and collective lesson preparation.
6.Organize the recruitment, pre-job training and daily management of bilingual teachers (including foreign teachers).
7.Assist foreign teachers in cultural adaptation and daily communication to ensure they understand and integrate into the school culture.
【Requirements】
1.Passionate about education, with noble professional ethics, a strong sense of responsibility, pioneering spirit and team leadership.
2.Excellent bilingual communication, coordination and expression skills in both Chinese and English, as well as outstanding cross-cultural understanding and communication competence.
3.Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in English, Education and other related fields are preferred; candidates with overseas study experience or work experience in bilingual schools are preferred.
4.More than 5 years of experience in English or bilingual teaching in primary and secondary schools, with a deep understanding of the laws of children’s language acquisition and the characteristics of primary and secondary education.
5.Strong team management skills; candidates with experience in foreign teacher management or international cooperation programs are preferred; those with experience as a teaching research team leader or equivalent teaching management experience are preferred.
6.Possession of a Teacher Qualification Certificate; candidates with TESOL/TEFL certificates are preferred.
