Guangzhou Bilingual Kindergarten

Location: Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China
Salary: 15,000 – 24,000 RMB/month (pre-tax)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:30PM
Start time: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Quality Lessons: Plan and teach lessons aligned with the kindergarten's standards and curriculum.
2. Collaborate with Co-teachers: Work alongside the Chinese homeroom teacher to manage the classroom, ensure
safety, and foster children's self-regulation skills.
3. Engage with the Environment: Prepare classroom displays, communicate with parents, write reports, and document
daily stories.
4. Monitor Child Development: Assess progress, conduct parent-teacher meetings, and provide guidance for holistic
growth.
5. Participate Actively: Contribute to school activities, professional development days, and events, including occasional
weekend engagements.
6. Foster a Professional Culture: Demonstrate a growth mindset, build team synergy, and contribute to a high performing workplace environment.

Qualifications:
1. Native English speaker.
2. Passionate about early childhood education.
3. Caring and patient with children.
4. Bachelor's degree or higher (Education major preferred).
5. Teaching certification is highly desirable.
6. Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience with children aged 2-6 years.
7. Experience in an IB school is an advantage.
