Job Description:
1. Fully responsible for the daily management and teaching management of the department, and building a high-level teaching team;
2. Work closely with relevant departments to develop teaching plans and outlines, ensure teaching quality, and explore student paths for further education
3. Provide guidance and assistance to the education and teaching work of the school, and participate in the formulation of teaching plans, curriculum design, etc
4. Actively carry out ideological and moral education and daily management work for students, ensuring their healthy growth on campus
5. Actively promote school brand promotion activities, establish and maintain a good school image
6. Maintain corporate image and actively participate in school promotional activities
Job requirements:
1. Have 5 years or more of management and teaching experience in a K12 school with Igcse and A level curriculum
2. Familiarize oneself with the textbook system of various subjects, understand international curriculum, subject competition knowledge, and overseas education system;
3. Possess strong management and organizational skills, communication and coordination abilities, and team spirit;
4. Passionate about the education industry, possessing good professional ethics and a sense of responsibility;
5. Strong affinity and communication skills, with strong execution ability
6. Strong learning ability, analytical and judgment ability, and innovation ability
7.Communicate in Chinese.
Salary range:
500K -700kRMB/Y.
