As a Summer Student Billing Administrator, you will be responsible for: Reviewing service contracts to determine if a completed work order is billable Executing and sending service invoices to customers Interacting with Field Service Engineers/Regional Service Managers to clarify completed work orders Interacting with Regional Service Managers and the Call Center to obtain missing purchase orders Reporting on key performance indicators Facilitating customer complaints and resolving billing issues as they arise Other billing administrative activities as requested by the Manager of Order to Cash operations This position may suit you best if you can relate to what is below, in addition to wanting to develop your career with Healthineers.
