• Update and maintain student data and fees records
• Print receipt and account statement
• Handle cheque payment and system input
• Assist to update the refund records
• Handle ad hoc assignments & filing

Requirements

• Tertiary education with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in administrative support / accounting
• Proficiency in MS office, equipped with fast data input skills
• Initiative, well organized and able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure, patient and a team player
• Good communications skill and interpersonal skill
• Good written and spoken English and Cantonese is an advantage
• Experience in education institute or bank will be an advantage
