Responsibilities:

Evaluates and develops new analytical methods writes SOP’s, performs instrument repairs, prepares and reviews data packages, and writes reports or data package narratives

Implement the testing plan, record testing data in time and ensure the data quality.

Take part in the management of Lab instrument: perform instrument verification with the vendor, write up instrument SOP based on vendor’s manual, work out instrument PM (Protective Maintenance) plan and then follow them up.

Quantification of small molecule in various bio-samples from pre-clinical or clinical studies using LC-MS/MS in GLP enviroment.

Develop and validate the LC-MS/MS method independently.

Execute and manage projects, and deliver the projects within proposed timeline and in good quality.

Requirement:

• Bachelor or above, Major in Science/Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry, biology or related scientific field
• With at least 3 years relative working experience

Experience with regular methodologies on development of both biological macromolecules (ELISA, MSD, etc.) and micro- molecules (LC-MS/MS, UV/HPLC-UV, etc.), especially analytical approach using HPLC-MS.

• Familiar with the use of standard laboratory equipment and facilities
• Experience with use and trouble shooting of analytical equipment
