Qualifications
PhD or MD degree in relevant fields with at least 5 (for Lab Head) or 10 years (for Group Leader) drug hunting experience, including lead identification, lead optimization, and candidate generation, not limited to metabolic diseases.
Proven track record of achievements in scientific excellence and candidate delivery.
Proven ability to develop and lead a diverse team of scientists with excellent managerial and communication skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to nurture a culture that values diversity and inspires teamwork.
