Job Details:
-Location: Sanmenpo, Haikou
-Starting date: August 2025
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Below 50 years old
-Native English speakers
-Must have work experience in a similar position in British schools
Responsibilities:
1.Ensure Safety and Compliance:
• Oversee the safety and security of all boarding students, ensuring strict adherence to boarding rules and regulations. Implement safety protocols and address any issues promptly to maintain a secure and disciplined environment.
2.Establish Roster and Routine Procedures:
• Develop and manage boarding schedules and routines, including staff rotations, to ensure the smooth operation of the boarding community. Regularly review and optimize procedures for efficiency.
3. Supervise Evening Study Sessions:
• Manage and supervise the proper functioning of evening study sessions, ensuring that students are engaged in productive academic activities.
4.Cultivate a Positive Living Environment:
• Foster a calm, goal-oriented living atmosphere that supports holistic development. Offer a variety of activities that complement academic growth.
5.Develop Boarding Strategies and Build Parent Partnerships:
• Formulate boarding strategies that enhance student well-being and academic success. Establish and maintain strong, harmonious relationships with parents through regular communication.
6.Organize Educational Programs and Activities:
• Provide appropriate moral education courses, workshops, and evening/weekend activities that enrich the boarding experience.
7.Implement Reporting and Feedback Systems:
• Establish efficient reporting and feedback systems within the boarding community to ensure effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
8.Conduct Regular Meetings with House Parents:
• Hold regular meetings with house parents to ensure effective operation, focusing on student welfare, boarding arrangements, staffing, supervision, and evaluation.
9.Build and Train the Boarding Team:
• Recruit, train, and mentor boarding staff, ensuring all team members understand their responsibilities in supporting students.
10.Collaborate with School Departments:
• Work closely with various school departments to promote and enhance the boarding program’s effectiveness.
11.Undertake Additional Responsibilities:
• Perform additional tasks as reasonably expected by the school to meet its broader objectives.
Compensations & Benefits:
-25-30K before tax according to qualifications,
-Free nice furnished apartment on campus,
-Airfare allowance: 10,000-20,000 rmb for 2 years' contract,
-Contract completion bonus: 1 month's salary after 2 years' contract,
-Fully paid summer&winter and all Chinese public holidays,
-Paid insurance,
-Relocation fee provided.
-Free tuition for 2 kids at most.
