Boiler Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities主要职责

• The Supervise Tech / Boiler is direct responsible to the chief engineer on duty and his supervisor, and strictly follows up all given instructions, assignments, duties, etc., to ensure a proper, smooth, safe, efficient and trouble –free operation of the boilers.
• Performs repairs and maintenance on the boilers, and related equipment installations, and strictly follows the preventive maintenance program for his section.
• Should be under the direct supervision of the chief Engineer, strictly follows up all given instructions, assignment, duties, repairs, maintenance, etc. To ensure a proper, smooth, safe, efficient and trouble-free operation of the boilers, and executes the preventive maintenance program without any delay.
• Performs daily routine inspections, repairs and maintenance on the boilers, and all related equipment and installations, and strictly follows the instruction and maintenance manual of the boiler.
• Ensures that all staff of his section are properly trained and instructed on their respective positions and duties and complies with all local and government rules and regulations.

• 应在工程总监的领导下，认真完成交给他的各项任务以确保锅炉和相关设备的正常运行。
• 负责锅炉和相关设备的修理和保养并严格执行预防性保养工作。
• 锅炉房领班应在工程总监的领导下，认真完成上级交给的各项任务，以确保锅炉的正常运行，他还应及时熟练进行预防性保养工作。
• 应每天检查、修理、保养锅炉和相关设备并严格按照锅炉操作手册进行。
• 要确保组内的人受适当的培训并掌握一定的上岗知识，遵守国家有关操作规程。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

• Operate the boiler and related steam, water and condensate systems and equipment in accordance with standard engineering practices.  Inspect regularly the area under his responsibility to ensure all equipment are functioning properly and in compliance with required operation parameters.
• To ensure the boiler water being properly treated and maintained.
• Check and record the temperature, pressure of boilers heat exchangers.
• To maintain the proper running record for all machines.
• Any defects of faults which were found during your duty should brought to the attention of your supervisor and carry out repair immediately.

• 按标准规程操作酒店的锅炉及相关的蒸汽、给水、凝结水系统设备，并定期巡检其负责地区以确保设备工况正常，符合规定的操作参数。
• 保证锅炉水处理系统正常运转及格水质合格。
• 检查并记录锅炉，热交换器的运行状况。
• 做所有机器的正常运行记录。
• 当班时，所发现的任何错失及问题均须汇报上司并立即维修。
